Dr. Carlos Sandrea
Founder & Lead Veterinarian
Originally from Venezuela, Dr. Sandrea has dedicated nearly three decades to small animal medicine, with expertise spanning internal medicine, emergencies, and surgery. After completing his specialization in Veterinary Cardiology and small animal ultrasound at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, he became a trusted reference in advanced diagnostics.
He co-leads the Diplomado Internacional Online de Ecografía Veterinaria, endorsed by the University of Zulia in partnership with professors from the University of Buenos Aires. He has also published research in cardiology and ultrasound and led workshops in advanced veterinary care.
Today, Dr. Sandrea proudly calls Florida home, bringing his experience to families in Miramar and the surrounding areas. He is also an active member of the AVVE (Asociación Venezolana de Veterinarios en el Exilio).
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Sandrea enjoys tennis, family time with his wife and two children, and caring for his beloved dachshund, Chipi.
